Materials
What are the earring made of?
All earrings are made of polymer clay or acrylic. All earrings are nickel-free & lead-free. All earring posts are attached and secured with resin.
Since my earrings are handmade from polymer clay, no two pairs of earrings are a like but, all are sisters - full of detail. In purchasing a style, you are acknowledging that you may get that pair or a pair made from the same slab design and color scheme, that will have slight variations. Each set may have slight variation and minor imperfections due to each earring being made fully by hand.
Custom & Wholesale Orders
Do you take custom orders?
Yes. All custom orders will start at $50 which includes a digital mock up of the earrings you'd like to customize. Custom and personalized orders may increase in price depending on design and intricacy. Please feel free to email me at hellosisterfriendsco@gmail.com
Do you take wholesale orders?

Earring Care
Sister Friends Co. earrings are made of polymer clay, which is a super light and slightly flexible material. With the nature of being a handmade item, pieces should not be intentionally bent or pulled. Please handle you earring with care. Polymer clay is a soft material that can be easily scratched, so please store in a safe place away from scratchy things.
To clean your earrings, in the case you get makeup on them or something along those lines- use a q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
For MADE TO ORDER styles, please allow 7-14 business days before shipping due to demand and the nature of being made SPECIFICALLY for you. Remember, this allows for you to have a better chance on snagging the items you WANT and LOVE.
I never received my order - what do I do?
Once orders have been dropped off at USPS and is shown as "in transit," Sister Friends Co. is no longer responsible for the package and will not be responsible for a product replacement or refund if the item is lost.
If you have any shipping issues, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number. There are times when USPS will indicate "delivered" before it is actually delivered. If this occurs, please wait 3 business days. If still undelivered, please contact USPS directly.

Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or cancellations?
I do not accept returns or cancellations. However, if your earrings are damaged when received, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will send you another pair. All damages will be reviewed case by case. You must ship your items back within 14 days of delivery.
Do you accept exchanges?
I do not accept exchanges. Custom, personalized, mystery box, or sale items will not be accepted for return. They are FINAL sale.
